Stamping of composite
Our company uses metal press processing to manufacture automotive parts. Since last year, we have also started press processing composite materials such as carbon fiber (CFRTP) and glass fiber (GFRTP) using thermoplastic resins.
This time, we will be exhibiting drone propellers as samples, but we also mold composites in a variety of shapes and types.

Initiatives to promote the development,manufacturing,and utilization of drones
Gifu Prefecture is leveraging the unique characteristics of its aerospace enterprises accumulated within the prefecture to promote the development, manufacturing, and utilization of drones by supporting the widespread adoption and development of drones by hosting seminars and workshops, observing advanced case studies, and facilitating business matching for social implementation.

Material development and processing of CFRP and composite materials
Our company is based in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture, and specializes in cutting composite materials such as CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic).
We have been involved for many years in manufacturing high-precision parts that take advantage of CFRP's properties such as light weight, high strength, vibration absorption, and low thermal expansion in fields such as aerospace, automobiles, industrial robots, precision machining equipment, and assembly processing equipment.
We also provide the following services regarding materials.
1. Material design: We respond to requests by carrying out material design and processing based on consultations regarding the strength direction and usage environment according to the request.
2. Material development: We are also conducting research and development of composite materials, including CFRP, which is expected to be used in a variety of fields in the future.

Provision of metal precision machined parts with dimensions of 200x200x200.
Our company was founded in 1898 (Meiji 31) as a manufacture of pocket watch components, and since then, we have consistently delivered precision metal processing parts focusing on small components, always using the latest equipment and technology to ensure trust to our customers. Currently, we have CNC automatic lathes, small precision gear processing machines, high-speed machining centers, and presses, enabling us to provide integrated processing from materials to parts fabrication and assembly, as well as the design and manufacturing of all related tools and equipment, all as a one-stop service for 'Monozukuri' (manufacturing). We will continue to provide high-quality products that meet our customers' needs, along with speedy and reliable service.

Development of "Beedol," a one-seater eVTOL that can be loaded in a van and is suitable for a variety uses, including leisure and disaster relief.
【Exhibits】
Beedol 2 – Achieved manned flight in Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture.
Beedol 3 – A quarter-scale model designed for practicality and comfort.
【Business Details】
We are developing Beedol, a single-seat eVTOL with folding wings that can be transported in a van and is capable of taking off and landing on both land and water.
It is designed for use in rescue missions in areas with limited road access during disasters, for transporting supplies, and for leisure travel to remote islands, mountainous regions, and other locations that are difficult to reach with existing transportation infrastructure.
With intuitive joystick controls, Beedol enables safe, stable, and easy flight for anyone.
In February 2025, we successfully completed a manned flight in Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture.
Our next steps include obtaining permission for outdoor flights and conducting high-altitude flight tests to further enhance performance and stability.
In the future, we plan to develop a domestically produced flight computer and implement autonomous operation, aiming to realize the commercialization of a new generation of air mobility.

As the Shizuoka Prefecture booth, four companies (organizations) will jointly exhibit.

Contribute to creating prosperous local communities through the accelerated social implementation of new smart logistics.
New Smart Logistics Promotion Council was established in May 2022. Its mission is to contribute to the creation of prosperous local communities by accelerating the social implementation of new smart logistics. It does this by bringing together knowledge from private companies, primarily local governments, and fostering open information exchange, sharing experiences, and conducting discussions and research that go beyond the boundaries of the logistics industry and other sectors. The council was founded by five municipalities (*), and currently has over 60 members, including local governments, logistics and drone-related businesses, and other companies involved in new smart logistics.
The concept of "new smart logistics" aims to create a sustainable and resilient logistics infrastructure for local communities. This is achieved by optimizing the flow of goods within a region through the use of a layered approach of the latest technologies, such as:
* consolidating and streamlining goods
* creating a joint delivery system
* establishing a best mix of land and air transport
* combining cargo and passenger transport
* implementing automation.
These innovations address the various challenges that local logistics face, such as the existence of people who have difficulty shopping and accessing medical care due to an aging population and rural flight, and the need for better disaster preparedness. By optimizing the flow of goods, new smart logistics helps to save labor and reduce carbon emissions.
In recent years, the council has been actively working on various subcommittees to advance themes such as drone delivery contracts, middle-mile joint transportation, community delivery and the realization of phase-free infrastructure. It is also energetically working to make proposals to the national government and promote regulatory reforms.
(*) Kamishihoro Town (Hokkaido), Kosuge Village (Yamanashi Prefecture), Sakai Town (Ibaraki Prefecture), Tsuruga City (Fukui Prefecture), Higashikawa Town (Hokkaido)
This exhibition will feature details about "New Smart Logistics," case studies on its social implementation—including drone delivery in various municipalities—phase-free disaster logistics measures, and a display of the dedicated logistics drone.
