Manufacturing of various prototype parts, production of jigs and fixtures, and other engineering services.
We are a company capable of designing and manufacturing prototype automotive parts and small-lot production items from start to finish at our own factory.
We use the technology we have cultivated in the manufacture of carbon parts for racing cars to produce high-quality carbon parts for drones.
We also provide design support for drone manufacturing and propose new lightweight technology.
We promote zero emissions in Japan, both on land and in the air.

TOPIA’s Drone
Utilizing our versatile carbon molding technology, we manufacture drones. The carbon components, including the propellers, are designed and produced in-house without using commercially available products. Instead of using carbon round pipes for the arm connecting the main body and the motor, we have adopted a cross-sectional shape that minimizes the impact of the thrust generated by the propellers. This design achieves sufficient "rigidity" and "lightness" to lift a maximum takeoff weight of 250 kg.
Specifications
Propeller: 62in × 24in (diameter × pitch)
Motor Output: 30 kW per unit (maximum instantaneous)
Battery: 44.4V / 22Ah × 12 units
Voltage: 100V (Li-Po 24S)
Aircraft Material: Carbon fiber, A7075
Dimensions
Motor to Motor: 3345 mm
Maximum Aircraft Size (including propellers): 4925 mm × 1343 mm
Weights
Aircraft Weight: 73 kg
Aircraft Weight (including battery): 150 kg
Maximum Takeoff Weight: 250 kg
Flight Time
Flight Time: 20 minutes (when carrying 50 kg, down to a voltage of 88.8V)
Design and manufacture of drone blades, etc.
We support the manufacturing of lightweight, high-rigidity CFRP.
We support the development of prototypes from the stage where the specifications for the aircraft and propeller are undetermined.
1. BLADE-A (normal specification): weight, 531.6 g
CFRP + foam core material using thermosetting resin by autoclave
2. BLADE-B (Lightweight): Weight: 298 g
Using thermosetting resin by autoclave and surface open fiber CFRP + foam core.
3. BLADE-C (high-cycle processing specification): Weight: 398g
Using thermosetting resin by autoclave and surface open fiber CFRP + foam core.

Topia's Drone
The large drone developed by Topia, measuring 3 meters in length, can carry a maximum payload of 100 kg. This drone is expected to be active in various fields, including agriculture, infrastructure development, and disaster relief. In agriculture, it will contribute to pesticide spraying and crop monitoring; in infrastructure, it will assist with material transportation and inspection tasks; and in disaster-stricken areas, it will aid in the transportation of supplies and rescue operations. This drone can efficiently and safely transport heavy loads, enabling access to locations that were difficult to reach with conventional methods. Leveraging Topia's technological capabilities, this drone is gaining attention as a new means for future logistics and disaster response.
