Aeronext's mission is "To create a world where prosperity reaches every corner through new social infrastructure in the era of a 100-year lifespan." We are promoting the creation of new and unprecedented value by utilizing low-altitude airspace. To achieve this mission, we are developing a technology licensing business that provides our proprietary airframe structural design technology, 4D GRAVITY®, which optimizes gravity and aerodynamic characteristics to improve the basic performance of industrial drones and the transport performance of logistics-specific drones. We are also engaged in a joint development business for drone-related technologies.

Additionally, through our strategic subsidiary, NEXT DELIVERY, we are expanding the "New Smart Logistics SkyHub® Business," which consolidates and streamlines local logistics, and a drone operations business, driven by a team with Japan's leading expertise and achievements, utilizing cutting-edge technology and skills. The SkyHub® business has already been socially implemented in multiple regions across Japan and is contributing to solving the many challenges faced by local logistics.

At this exhibition, you can experience the convenience of our logistics drones, which are enabled by our unique structural design technology 4D GRAVITY®, as we will be displaying actual drones used in the field. We will also be showcasing feedback from local governments and businesses that have implemented the New Smart Logistics SkyHub®, so we invite you to come and visit us.

Drone-related technology development capabilities.

Aeronext is a startup that provides aerial infrastructure through the social implementation of drone logistics, based on its proprietary technology and intellectual property. We conduct in-house R&D for next-generation drones equipped with our unique structural design technology, 4D GRAVITY®, as well as for new patented technologies. Leveraging our strong technological development capabilities, we also expand our commissioned research and development business for drones and related products with external partners.

Our patented technology, 4D GRAVITY®, is a structural design technology for drone airframes developed and patented by Aeronext. It improves the basic performance of industrial drones by controlling the center of gravity and optimizing aerodynamic characteristics.

The optimization of aerodynamic characteristics is achieved by uniformizing motor rotation speeds regardless of the drone's attitude, condition, or motion during flight, and by controlling lift, drag, and the drone's center of gravity based on its shape and structure. This technology enhances the fundamental performance of industrial drones—in terms of stability, efficiency, and mobility—and can be adopted for any purpose. It is particularly effective for improving the transport performance of logistics-specific drones.

We have a strong track record of joint and commissioned development, including conducting original airframe wind tunnel tests for the NEDO Pioneering Research Program and a joint study to verify the performance of a newly developed drone propeller by major chemical manufacturer. Our key strengths are the ability to handle everything from design to manufacturing and control in-house, a focus not just on flying but on flying efficiently, and a strong commitment to aerodynamic performance. We propose problem-solving solutions by leveraging our highly reliable analytical capabilities and flexible airframe design expertise.

New Smart Logistics SkyHub®

The ”New Smart Logistics SkyHub®” is a new logistics infrastructure platform for rebuilding local logistics, jointly developed and deployed by Aeronext Inc. and Seino Holdings Co., Ltd. It integrates ground-based logistics with drone logistics.

In response to challenges such as chronic labor shortages, environmental and energy issues, and the need for digital transformation (DX) in the logistics industry, a sustainable logistics infrastructure must be built using digital technology. The New Smart Logistics SkyHub® is a comprehensive platform designed specifically to improve the efficiency of local logistics and solve the social issues of local communities.

The New Smart Logistics SkyHub® enables last-mile joint delivery, a best mix of ground transport by vehicles and air transport by drones, and phase-free logistics that include disaster response. The platform establishes Drone Depots® as local hubs and provides services such as joint delivery, shopping assistance, food delivery, and medical supply transport, all based on the next-generation transport management system, SkyHub®TMS.
Starting with Kosuge Village in Yamanashi Prefecture, social implementation is being promoted in multiple regions across Japan, including Kamishihoro Town in Hokkaido and Tsuruga City in Fukui Prefecture.

LastMiles®

LastMiles®, currently being developed by Aeronext, is an operation support system designed to support drone delivery sites. Remote pilots monitor automated flights, and the system supports seamless collaboration with on-site assistants via a smartphone app.

With the introduction of LastMiles® , the manual preparatory work previously required for drone operations can be significantly systematized. The system ensures safe and reliable operations through pre-flight and post-flight inspections, centralized management of routes, weather, and batteries, and pre-registration of master data.

Designed for the practical application of delivery services, it minimizes the burden on assistants. Users can also check delivery status, such as drone progress and delivery completion, on a smartphone, enabling practical operations with a view to implementation at delivery sites.
